BIOASIS TECHNOLOGIES INC. The five incumbent directors, Dr. Deborah A. Rathjen, John E. Curran, David M. Wurzer, Dr. Mario Saltarelli and Mr. John Hemeon were re-elected to the Board by shareholders. The shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Manning Elliott LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year.
