Longboard Pharmaceuticals Announces Closing of Public Offering and Full Exercise of Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares in Public Offering of Common Stock

Longboard Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: LBPH), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel, transformative medicines for neurological diseases, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its voting common stock, including the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 750,000 shares, at a price to the public of $4.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Longboard from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, are approximately $23.0 million.

Evercore ISI and Cantor Fitzgerald acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
