Nikola (NASDAQ: NKLA) and ChargePoint (NYSE: CHPT) have announced a new partnership to accelerate deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure for fleets across the United States. As part of the collaboration, Nikola’s Sales and Service Dealer Network will resell ChargePoint's portfolio of charging infrastructure and software solutions to fleet customers.
Nikola has also issued purchase orders for E-skids, which are ChargePoint's rapid deployment DC fast charging solution. Deliveries are expected to begin in November 2022.
Through the new alliance, Nikola and its customers will have access to the full suite of ChargePoint advanced software solutions, including charge management, range forecasting, and streamlined delivery route and schedule planning, simplifying the management of fleet operations.
Pablo Koziner, President of Energy and Commercial at Nikola, commented: "By having complete access to the entire ChargePoint product line to support all aspects of the Nikola business model, our Sales and Service Dealer Network will be able to reduce the time required to design, procure and construct both small- and large-scale charging infrastructure projects for our customers.”

Shares of Nikola trade on the NASDAQ under the symbol NKLA while ChargePoint trades on the NYSE under the symbol CHPT.
