NFI Group (OTCMKTS: NFYEF) subsidiary Alexander Dennis, has announced that the company has received an order from Stagecoach for 244 next-generation zero-emission buses.
The new purchase order will include 180 new Enviro 400 double-deckers, which will feature improved energy efficiency and batteries, to ensure low total cost of ownership.
Additionally, the order includes 54 Enviro200EV single-deckers in lengths of 10.9m and 11.7m, marking the first order for Alexander Dennis’s new integral single-decker model, launching next year.
Completing the order are 10 Enviro100EV small buses, measuring 8.5m in length, ideal for town services due to their maneuverability, durability, comfort, and 354kWh batteries.
