May Mobility, part of Mobileye (NASDAQ: MBLY), and Moovit are joining forces to expand the use of autonomous vehicle (AV) technology and mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) solutions in addressing gaps in public transportation. The partnership is expected to capture a share of the projected $2 trillion total addressable market for MaaS.
May Mobility's AV fleets, powered by its unique Multi-Policy Decision technology, will work together with the Moovit urban mobility app and on-demand routing software to provide riders with a safe, accessible, and sustainable form of mobility in regions worldwide. Moovit's urban mobility app, available in thousands of cities globally, offers users real-time information and multimodal trip planning for any mode of transport.
