Hut 8 (NASDAQ: HUT) has launched initial energization of Vega, a 162,000-square-foot Bitcoin mining facility believed to be the largest single-building site by nameplate hashrate, with a capacity of 205 MW and up to ~15 EH/s—nearly 2% of the global Bitcoin network hashrate. Vega introduces a proprietary, high-density, liquid-cooled infrastructure that bridges traditional air-cooled ASIC systems and next-gen GPU setups, supporting up to 180 kW per rack.
