In Q4 2025, Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) produced 434,000 vehicles, delivered 418,000 vehicles, and deployed a record 14.2 GWh of energy storage. For full-year 2025, production totaled 1.65 million vehicles, deliveries reached 1.64 million, and energy storage deployments hit 46.7 GWh.

Rivian (NASDAQ: RIVN) produced 11,000 vehicles and delivered 9,700 vehicles in the fourth quarter. For the full year, production totaled 42,000 vehicles and deliveries reached 42,000, both in line with company expectations.

XPeng (NYSE: XPEV) delivered 37,500 vehicles in December, up 2% year over year, and total 2025 deliveries surged 126% to 429,000 vehicles. Overseas deliveries rose 96% to 45,000 units, as XPeng expanded its presence to 60 countries and regions by year-end.

Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI) delivered 44,000 vehicles in December, bringing Q4 deliveries to 109,000 and cumulative deliveries to 1.5 million, surpassing the 1.5 million milestone. The company also expanded internationally by launching vehicles in Egypt, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan.

NIO (NYSE: NIO) delivered a record 48,000 vehicles in December, up 54% year over year, driving Q4 deliveries to a record 124,000 and full-year deliveries to 326,000, up 47%. Cumulative deliveries reached 997,000, while the All-New ES8 surpassed 40,000 deliveries, setting a speed record among premium BEVs in China.
