Enphase Energy (NASDAQ: ENPH), a leading provider of microinverter-based solar and battery systems, has reported an increase in the deployment of its products in Arizona.
According to industry reports, residential solar energy usage in Arizona is expected to increase 20% in 2023, reaching 206 MW. Additionally, the use of residential batteries in the state is projected to nearly quadruple by 2026.
Enphase's IQ8 microinverters offer the unique ability to provide power during an outage, even without a battery, through the use of Sunlight Backup. When paired with Enphase IQ batteries, there are no size restrictions. The Sunlight Jump Start feature also allows for the restart of a home energy system using only sunlight after a prolonged grid outage that drains the battery, eliminating the need for manual restart and providing greater energy resilience for homeowners.
Dave Ranhoff, chief commercial officer at Enphase Energy stated: “Arizona’s sunshine makes solar solutions an easy choice for homeowners looking to take control of their energy needs. We’re pleased to work with leading installers across the state to deliver our best-in-class products and services, and help homeowners realize the value they can achieve from solar and home energy management solutions.”
Enphase Energy, a global energy technology company based in Fremont, CA, is the world's leading supplier of microinverter-based solar and battery systems that enable people to harness the sun to make, use, save, and sell their own power, and control it all with a smart mobile app.
