Prior to joining TILT, Ms. Ricci was head of investor relations and communications and led ESG and DEI initiatives at Trulieve Cannabis Corp. Previously, she has managed investor relations and communications at companies such as Momenta Pharmaceuticals, SoundBite Communications, and Authorize.net.
