(“Amino Balls”), a plant-based on-the-go snacking company, to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Amino Balls, the Company and Amino Balls have entered into a termination agreement and mutual release as both parties mutually no longer wish to pursue the transaction contemplated in the LOI.
