New name reflects the expanding plant-based focus on health and wellness positioning of the company and its brand portfolio

(CSE:FUEL) (CNSX:FUEL.CN) (OTC:BLLXF) (FSE:BR1B) (“FUEL” or the “Company”) announces that, further to its news release of April 27, 2021, it has effected its name change from Sire Bioscience Inc. to PlantFuel Life Inc. and has commenced trading under the new name and ticker symbol “FUEL”.  

The new ISIN for the common shares is CA72748Q1081 and CUSIP is 72748Q108.
