LONDON, ON, Jan. 5, 2024 /CNW/ - Odd Burger Corporation ("Odd Burger" or the "Company") (TSXV: ODD) (OTCQB: ODDAF) (FSE: IA9) announces that Ted Sehl has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and director of the Company effective January 1, 2024 due to an unexpected and severe medical event requiring surgery. As a result, Mr. Sehl will no longer be able to perform the duties of CFO and director and James McInnes has been appointed interim CFO, effective January 1, 2024. The Board expects to embark on an extensive search for a permanent CFO in due course.
The company would like to thank Mr. Sehl for his hard work and dedication and wishes him a speedy recovery.
