At the meeting, all of the nominees listed in the Company’s management information circular dated August 6, 2021 were elected as directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of shareholders. Final voting results on all matters voted on at the annual and special meeting of shareholders will be filed with Canadian securities regulatory authorities at www.sedar.com.
