E3 Lithium (TSXV: ETMC) (FSE: OU7A) (OTCQX: EEMMF) (the "Company" or "E3"), Alberta's leading lithium developer and Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology innovator is pleased to announce grant of 1,810,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") with an exercise price of $2.67 per Option to certain directors, officers and employees of the Company under its stock option plan. The year end annual grant was postponed due to the material news release on June 23, 2022. All Options vest 25% per year and are exercisable until June 24, 2027. The grant of the Options is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
