Clean Air Metals Grants Stock Options

THUNDER BAY, ON / ACCESSWIRE / January 26, 2024 / Clean Air Metals Inc. ("Clean Air Metals" or the "Company") (TSXV:AIR) (FRA:CKU) (OTCQB:CLRMF) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 4,600,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and employees of the Company, subject to regulatory approval. The stock options are exercisable at $0.06 for a period of 5 years from the grant date and subject to vesting terms.

Clean Air Metals Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Panoramic PGMs (Canada) Ltd. acknowledge that the Thunder Bay North Critical Minerals Project is located within the area encompassed by the Robinson-Superior Treaty of 1850, and includes the territories of the Fort William First Nation, Red Rock Indian Band, Biinjitiwabik Zaaging Anishinabek and Kiashke Zaaging Anishinaabek.
