(“Clean Seed” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:CSX) announces that further to its news release of May 5, 2022, regarding a private placement of 6,035,000 units, the Company is proposing to extend the expiry date of 3,017,500 warrants exercisable into its common shares at $0.35 per share, from May 6, 2023 to May 6, 2024. The proposed extension of the warrants is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All other terms and conditions of the warrants will remain unchanged.
