Gratomic Inc. (TSXV:GRAT) (OTCQX:CBULF) (FSE:CB28) ("Gratomic" or the "Company") announces that it will make an application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") to extend the exercise date of 987,882 warrants (the "Warrants") currently exercisable at $1.45 per share until between July 26, 2022 and September 2, 2022 pursuant to the private placement financing which closed between January 26, 2022 and March 2, 2022, for a further year expiring between July 26, 2023 and September 2, 2023. There has been no change to the warrant exercise price. The amendment to the expiry date of the Warrants is subject to TSXV acceptance.
