Company to Report Q4 2022 Results on March 23, 2023

Ouster, Inc. (NYSE: OUST) (“Ouster” or the “Company”), a leading provider of high-resolution digital lidar sensors for the automotive, industrial, robotics, and smart infrastructure industries, announced that it will report its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2022 after the market closes on Thursday, March 23, 2023 and host a conference call that day at 5:00 p.m. ET to discuss its results.
