CHICAGO / May 07, 2025 / Business Wire / ADM’s (NYSE: ADM) Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of 51.0 cents per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on June 11, 2025, to shareholders of record on May 21, 2025.

This is ADM’s 374th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of more than 93 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of March 31, 2025, there were 480,443,947 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.
