Solarjuice/Solar4America Showing American Made Solar Modules at All Energy Australia Exhibition & Conference

SPI Energy Co., Ltd., (NASDAQ:SPI) (the "Company"), a global renewable energy company and provider of solar storage and electric vehicle (EV) solutions for business, residential, government, logistics and utility customers, today announced its subsidiary Solar4America will be participating in All Energy Australia Exhibition & Conference at MCEC Melbourne Australia Oct. 26-27, 2022.

"We are very excited to be participating in this year's All Energy Exhibition 2022," said Denton Xiaofeng Peng, Chairman of Solar4America (S4A). "We will be showcasing American made solar panels through Solarjuice Australia, our distribution business unit in Australia Market. We are excited to offer the installers in the Australia the premium solar modules made in the US."

The S4A module manufacturing facility now produces 650MW with capacity ramping up to 2.3GW in 2023.

Currently S4A has inventory and production capacities for 2023 on an array of modules including 330W and 410W all black panels for the residential market and 410W (72 cells), 550W solar panels for commercial markets.

"Our California production facility will ensure that our customers receive high-quality, consistent, American made products they can feature to their customers," Said Denton Xiaofeng Peng. "Showing these products at All Energy Exhibition in Australia presents new opportunities for Solar4America in a new market outside of US. ".

All-Energy Australia is the country's largest and most anticipated clean energy event in Australia, which opens up a world of opportunities for industry suppliers and experts as well as those involved in renewable energy and energy storage sectors to expand business networks. Solarjuice/Solar4America will have experts available to answer questions and information in Booth L109.
