First annual Lilium Supplier Day brings together 74 of world’s leading aerospace companies

Lilium N.V. (NASDAQ: LILM) (“Lilium”), developer of the first all-electric vertical take-off and landing (“eVTOL”) jet, held its first ever annual Supplier Day yesterday and welcomed 168 guests from 74 current and prospective suppliers to its headquarters in Munich.

Lilium’s ecosystem of leading aerospace and technology suppliers – including Honeywell, Toray, Aciturri and CUSTOMCELLS – is key to the company’s mission to revolutionize sustainable air mobility for everyone. The daylong, in-person conference provided guests with an in-depth look at the Lilium design process and underscored the need for a deep collaboration between OEM and its suppliers in the aerospace industry.

At the event members of Lilium’s Senior Leadership Team, including Daniel Wiegand, CEO, Yves Yemsi, Chief Operating Officer, and Alastair McIntosh, Chief Technology Officer, shared in detail Lilium’s vision and outlined how, together with the support of the attendees, Lilium plans to scale production of the Lilium Jet and achieve its mission.
