Autoscope Technologies Corporation (“Autoscope”) (Nasdaq: AATC) today announced that on October 1, 2021, Chad A. Stelzig, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Image Sensing Systems, Inc. (“ISNS”), notified the Board of Directors of Autoscope and ISNS that he was resigning. ISNS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Autoscope. Frank Hallowell, who is the Chief Financial Officer of Autoscope and ISNS, will assume the role of Interim CEO of ISNS when Mr. Stelzig’s resignation is effective. Mr. Stelzig will assist in the transition of responsibilities over the coming months, and the Board will soon begin a search for Mr. Stelzig’s successor.
